HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN

You will receive an email when the returns are being processed in the warehouse and you will receive another when we have processed the refund 

Returns sent through Royal Mail, are not necessarily delivered to the fulfilment warehouse on the date given on their tracking.  Any parcels are delivered in sacks or cages, once or twice a week, to the warehouse for all their fulfilment customers. The signature is usually when the parcel is put into the bag or cage. So please allow a couple of extra days before contacting us
